The unique Journeys in the series are:

~ Awakening Your Fierce Feminine Fire Women's Empowerment Retreats ~

These dynamic, day long Retreats are held from 9 AM to 4:30 PM on the grounds of a beautiful horse farm, Ridgeway Place, just outside Columbus in Waverly Hall, GA.  It is the perfect setting to creatively connect with other women as we share in the joyful and passionate feminine spirit. In sacred circle, we will explore nature, meditation, art, drumming, encounters with horses, and discover what it means to be our true Selves, claiming our ancient birthright as women. 

~ Soulful Saturdays ~

Soulful Saturday Sessions are 2 hour Journeys held throughout the year that give women an in depth experience with a specific activity or method of raising your positive vibration to achieve an Awakening of your Soul.  These activities are taken from the Day Long AFFF Retreats held twice yearly at Ridgeway Place. Examples of activities include:

Drumming ~ Guided Visualization ~ Tapping (Energy Psychology) ~ Shamanic Journeying ~ Exploring Your Animal and Spirit Guides ~ The Equine Encounter ~ Chakra and Energy Clearning/Balancing ~ Creative Expression through Collage ~ Journaling in Search of Soul ~ Nature Walk ~ Releasing Fire Ritual ~ Healing Relationships through Energetic Shifts ~ The Fierce Feminine Fire in harmony with The Mighty Masculine Mantle (Our next offering on Sept. 15, 2018)

~ Ceremonial Drum Making Class ~

Our Drum Making Classes are offered throughout the year and are held at the Farmhouse at Ridgeway Place,  Waverly Hall, GA. Each participant will receive instruction on how to assemble their very own Native American hand-drum. The process is ceremonial from start to finish and truly bonds us to our drum and our own sacred rhythms. 

~ Divine Drumming Bliss Drum Circle ~

Our Drum Circle is a free community event that meets monthly at the Farmhouse at Ridgeway Place, Waverly Hall, GA. Drums and percussion instruments are available on a first come, first serve basis and you are invited to bring your own. We also encourage you to bring a friend to this truly energetic, uplifting, healing and joyful experience. Leadership and instruction is offered and no prior experience necessary.

~ Rhythmic Recipes ~

Rhythmic Recipes is a combined journey to explore the connection between drumming, food, and nature. Each offers a unique lesson to understanding how we connect with the natural world. Come join us on this incredible journey into the world of feeding ourselves in ways that nourish our souls and raise our positive vibration while eating the most nutritiously chosen and prepared foods. Wonderful Wednesdays is a custom designed "Mini" Retreat in the middle of the week just when we all need a lift to our spirits and a boost to our energy. Design your own 1 1/2, 2 or 3 hour retreat from a list of high vibrational activities including meditation, breath and energy work, sound healing, drumming, horse encounters and more! Until Oct. 31, 2018, you can bring a friend for free!

~ Wonderful Wednesdays ~

Wonderful Wednesdays is a custom designed "Mini" Retreat in the middle of the week just when you need to lift your spirit and boost your energy. Design your own 1 1/2, 2 or 3 hour retreat from a list of high vibrational activities including meditation, breath and energy work, sound healing, drumming, horse encounters, shamanic journeying, intuitive nature walk and more! Treat yourself and possibly a friend to this vibrational spa day on a beautiful, peaceful farm setting.
